This competition is just for you, fresh entrepreneur!

different indicators which include the stability of the business idea and the will and capability of the entrepreneurs to go through with the idea. The judges of the competition consist of experts from different fields, experienced entrepreneurs and representatives of funding sources.
Competition entrants can be companies that are already registered or those whose
registration is pending. The company must be established in Finland.
Prizes will be useful service packages and valuable contacts for both the company’s
domestic business and for the process of internationalisation.
The purpose of the competition is to support and encourage startup entrepreneurs.
Awards, contacts and publicity help companies that are on the up.

The business plan is made using the NABC-model. You can find more info on the model here https://innovationenglish.sites.ku.dk/model/nabc/. A CV and a plan to spread the workload among team members should be attached to the business plan.
The summary, one to two pages long, should talk about the ambitions, skills and experience of the team.
To participate in the competition, the business plans and summaries should be delivered to the contact person of the school. The entry will be delivered to the judges of the competition. The judges will congregate in March 2018 and assess the entries. Each company will have 15 minutes to the judges, lead by Timo Kärnä.
The three best entries will be awarded in a ceremony on March 21st at 13PM at the Laurea University of Applied Sciences Leppävaara campus. The awards will be handed out by Jukka Mäkelä, the mayor of Espoo.
